Shipping policy

At The Frames Company, each piece is made thoughtfully and printed on demand to ensure premium quality and minimal waste. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.

Order Processing

All products are printed on demand through our trusted production partner.

  • Production typically takes 2–5 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped immediately

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada

Orders are fulfilled as close to your delivery address as possible to reduce delivery time, shipping costs, and environmental impact.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after production and vary by destination:

Canada

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

International

  • Standard shipping: 5–14 business days, depending on location

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type and size
  • Delivery location
  • Carrier rates

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. We do not add hidden handling or processing fees.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details (where available).
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
The Frames Company is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order is:

  • Delayed
  • Lost in transit
  • Delivered damaged

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at theframesc@gmail.com with your order number and supporting photos (if applicable).
We’ll work with our production partner and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Split Shipments

In some cases, items in the same order may be shipped separately depending on production location and availability. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking updates.
